Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 working hours notice so we have the chance to help another patient in need.
You can call us between 9am and 5pm, at 01245 225091 to change an appointment.
If you do need to cancel your appointment within 48 working hours, we will do our best to fill the time with another booking. If we are unable to, a charge of £50 will be applied to appointments cancelled with less than 48 working hours’ notice.
Deposits
We require deposits for booked Appointments, to help us reduce losses through non attendance and offer as much dental care to patients as possible.
In the event of cancelled appointments with more than 48 working hours notice, we will move the deposit across to another appointment. Deposits are non refundable. .
Refusal of Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where our clinicians deem it inappropriate for any reason.
Payment
Payment is required for treatment that has been provided on the day of treatment. For treatment that takes two visits, such as Crowns, we ask for 50% at each appointment. Any unpaid balances requiring debt collection proceedings are subject to a £100 administration charge.
We accept all major credit cards including American Express and debit cards.
Warranty period
The warranty provided on treatment is 6 months from the time it is completed, unless otherwise specified by the treating Dentist.
