Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 working hours notice so we have the chance to help another patient in need.     

You can call us between 9am and 5pm, at 01245 225091 to change an appointment.

Because we can’t typically rebook at short notice, a charge of £50 will be applied to appointments cancelled with less than 48 working hours’ notice.


We require deposits for booked Appointments, to help us reduce losses through non attendance and offer as much dental care to patients as possible.

In the event of cancelled appointments with more than 48 working hours notice, we will move the deposit across to another appointment.  Deposits are non refundable. 


We offer Referral Rewards for any Adult (over 18) patients you refer to the practice and they join with New Patient Assessments.  Rewards are eligible within the specified time frame.  Rewards cannot be exchanged as credit and have no monetary value.

Refusal of Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment where our clinicians deem it inappropriate for any reason.


Payment is required for treatment that has been provided on the day of treatment.   For treatment that takes two visits, such as Crowns, we ask for 50% at each appointment. 

We accept all major credit cards including American Express and debit cards.

Warranty period

The warranty provided on treatment is 6 months from the time it is completed, unless otherwise specified by the treating Dentist.
